Enrolment Terms

How enrolment works through CC Education, your responsibilities, provider terms and the limits of our advice.

These Enrolment Terms apply when you access or use CC Education, the course-discovery and pathway-advice website operated by Career Calling International Pty Ltd (ABN 53 162 651 238) as part of CAQA Groups. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purpose. The information on this website is provided for general information and service-description purposes. Specific terms may also apply to purchases, subscriptions, events, courses, memberships, software, resources, consulting engagements or directory listings offered on other CAQA Groups websites; those terms are published on the relevant website.

Who these terms are for

CC Education serves learners, school leavers, career changers, jobseekers, international learners, parents and guardians, and employers or workforce teams researching study options. Whether you are comparing your first qualification, planning a move into a new industry, exploring micro-credentials or building a training plan for a team, these terms describe how the services on this website operate and what you can expect when you make an enquiry or begin an enrolment journey through us.

What CC Education provides

Through this website we offer a course catalogue, qualification pathway mapping, micro-credential options, course matching and advice, workforce development support, international learner support, skills recognition guidance and a bridge into the wider career services available across Career Calling International and CAQA Groups. CC Education is a discovery, matching and guidance service. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, CC Education is not the training provider for the courses and qualifications displayed, and the display of a course on this website is not an offer of enrolment or a guarantee of a place.

How enrolment works through this website

Enrolment normally follows these steps. First, you submit an enquiry through our contact page, email info@caqa.com.au or call 1800 266 160. Second, an adviser discusses your goals, prior experience and constraints, and helps you shortlist suitable courses or pathways. Third, where you decide to proceed, we refer you, or your application, to the education or training provider that delivers the course. Your enrolment contract is formed directly between you and that provider when the provider accepts your application. From that point the provider's own enrolment terms, entry requirements, student handbook, fee schedule, refund policy and support arrangements apply. We strongly encourage you to read those documents carefully, and to ask the provider questions, before you accept any offer of a place.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us and any provider accurate, complete and current information. Depending on the course, this may include your identity and contact details, prior study and qualifications, a Unique Student Identifier where nationally recognised training is involved, language, literacy and numeracy information, work history for skills recognition purposes, and residency or visa status if you are an international learner. You are responsible for confirming that you meet a provider's entry requirements, for making your own decision about whether a course suits your circumstances, and for meeting the obligations set out in the provider's enrolment terms once you enrol. Providing false or misleading information may result in an application being declined or an enrolment being withdrawn by the provider.

Information collected during enrolment enquiries

When you use the enquiry form on this website we collect the personal information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, contact number, organisation and a description of what you need. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and is shared with a course provider only for the purpose of progressing an enquiry, referral or application that you have asked us to make.

Fees and payments

No payments are taken through this website. CC Education does not process enrolment fees, deposits, card payments or online checkout transactions of any kind. Our course matching and pathway advice at the enquiry stage is provided at no charge. Course fees, where they apply, are set and charged directly by the enrolling provider under its published fee schedule. Our Fees and Refunds page explains the cancellation, deferral and refund position in more detail.

Limits of advice

Course information and pathway advice provided on or through this website are general in nature unless a formal enrolment with a provider, or a written advisory engagement, is entered into. We do not guarantee admission to any course, the availability of any intake, recognition of prior learning outcomes, employment, salary, licensing, registration or visa outcomes. Our Pathway Disclaimer sets out these limits in full.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Enrolment Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, the providers we work with or our legal obligations. The version published on this page applies from the date it is published. Your continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Contact, complaints and appeals

If you have a question about these terms, an enquiry you have made or a referral we have arranged, contact us by email at info@caqa.com.au, by phone on 1800 266 160 or through the contact page. If something has gone wrong and you would like it reviewed, our Complaints and Appeals page explains how to lodge a complaint and how we handle it.
